- Repairing, maintaining and overhauling all heavy and light equipment.
- Collaborating with city staff to research and provide great service.

- Diagnose mechanical problems and recommend repair or replacement of parts and/or equipment.

- Performing preventative maintenance and mechanical repair.
- Valid Class A driver’s license with tanker endorsement or ability to obtain within nine months.
- Certified Mechanical Technician certificate through a college or vocational school.
- Commercial Motor Vehicle Inspector Certification or ability to obtain within six months.
- Two or more years of experience as a technician.
- Ability to prepare an appropriate repair order using a computerized vehicle maintenance program.
- Experience providing skilled preventative maintenance, mechanical/electrical repair and vehicle set up.
- An interest in developing what you do best and a commitment to valuing each colleague for their unique perspectives.
Salary : $65,762 - $82,018
