Who we are looking for
Chandler Aquatics seeks a responsible, self-motivated, organized Pool Manager to join our team. We seek someone with good decision-making skills relating to staff and the public, experience training a large lifeguard team, prioritizing daily work assignments, and performing daily duties most efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications
A High School Diploma or GED; and two (2) years of experience as a lifeguard or swimming instructor, including at least one (1) year of experience supervising lifeguards, swim lesson instructors, and/or aquatics programs and activities; and Lifeguard Certification; and Swim Lesson Instructor Certification; and a valid Driver's License with the acceptable driving record; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.
Desired qualifications
Two (2) years experience supervising lifeguards, swim instructors, and/or managing aquatics activities or facilities; Some college courses; Lifeguard Training Instructor and/or Swim Lesson Instructor Trainer Certification(s); Certified as an Aquatics Facility Operator.
