The hiring range for this position is $68,855 - $76,505.71 /annual.

- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, a Social Science or other aligned degree and two (2) years of professional Human Resources experience directly related to the position. OR
An Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, a Social Science or other aligned degree and four (4) years of professional Human Resources experience directly related to the position. OR
A high school diploma/GED and six (6) years of professional-level human resources experience directly related to the position.
An equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
Completion of specialized certification or training on FMLA, ADA, leave administration, PHR,SHRM-CP, or CEBS are preferred but not required.
