This Line Service Technician position earns competitive pay of $ 13.77/ hourly. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN LINE SERVICE TECHNICIAN

As a Line Service Technician, you spend your day performing flight line services duties safely and efficiently, including aircraft marshalling, towing, tie down, baggage handling, cabin grooming, and courtesy transportation. Other duties include performing safety and compliance inspections and conduct quality control tests and inspections. You are constantly on your toes and ready for any new and unexpected challenges that may arise in the city. This can include checking inventories, assist with wildlife mitigation efforts, grounds, building, and vehicle maintenance activities.

When you are not out in the city, you generally assisting airport and aviation security efforts. You enjoy being helpful and have no problem providing assistance and support to other divisions within the department as needed. The city needs someone like you with skills in aircraft machinery, and you find genuine enjoyment in what you do!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN LINE SERVICE TECHNICIAN

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Requires one (1) year experience or training of various aircraft procedures including fueling, oil, marshalling, towing, etc.
