The City of El Paso is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Full-time and Part-time Police Officers. All applicants must be ILETSB certified for consideration.

For Full-time positions, the City offers a generous compensation and full benefit package, including but not limited to; medical and dental insurance with HSA account, paid holidays, paid vacation, paid sick/personal time, paid uniforms and equipment, paid cell phone, and a take home car. Starting salary for full-time officers: ($51,196 - $59,347) per Union Contract. Part-time officers will receive an hourly rate of ($23.10), uniform and equipment allowance, and a flexible schedule. In addition, the City offers continuous paid training for all officers, a very relaxed and friendly work environment, and a chance for future advancement.
