Part-time, seasonal employment.
The City of Fayetteville is currently recruiting for a certified Lead Lifeguard to lead lifeguards in professional, responsible, and specialized work as it pertains to public safety and recreation in enforcing rules and regulations, and preventing injuries at a City of Fayetteville aquatics facility; and to lead and perform maintenance tasks in order to continually administer a safe and healthy environment for the public.
Qualified applicants must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have at least 1 years of lifeguard experience
Currently possess the following American Red Cross certifications:
American Red Cross Lifeguarding and First Aid; or
American Red Cross Shallow Water Lifeguarding; and
CPR for the Professional Rescuer
Preferred certifications include:
Certified Pool Operator/Aquatic Facility Operator Certification
American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Certification
American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor Certification
