Under direction of the Conservation Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work assignments and daily activities of the Utility’s water conservation program.
This includes implementation of education initiatives, enforcement, staff licensing and training, and resolving customer service concerns.

Supervises, assigns, and reviews the work of staff whose work is directly related to the Utility’s water conservation program;
establishes schedules, identifies resource needs for assigned functions; conducts performance evaluations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Education, training and Experience Guidelines
Graduation with a Bachelors degree in applicable coursework or degree areas and three (3) years of experience in a related field, with one (1) year of leadership experience OR additional experience or education may substitute for the minimum qualifications.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Licensed Irrigator certification or other irrigation certification from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, OR must be able to obtain required Licensed Irrigator certification within 1 year of selection to position.
Valid Class C Texas Driver's License.

Hiring Range : $68,586.44 - $85,924.80 annually.
