The Maintenance Mechanic I position performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled work in the mechanical maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, and fixtures. This is an entry-level position at the Tanger Center that performs routine tasks and duties including but not limited to carpentry, masonry, electrical, welding, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and mechanical repair work. The individual may also be responsible for performing job duties as a Maintenance Mechanic at the Coliseum as needed. This job is Non-Exempt and is subject to the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)Minimum Qualifications:

Hiring Salary Range: $37,807.00 - $49,746.00. Full Salary Range: $37,807.00 - $67,665.00

Work Schedule:
Wednesday - Tuesday; 40 Hours (Includes nights, weekends, and holidays).
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-3 Years minimum Maintenance Experience HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting
- Valid Driver's License Required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sprinkler Certification
- Journeyman's card in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing
- "Or" the ability to obtain within one year from hire date as an alternative
