In this role, you’ll be essential to our payroll operations, ensuring that every employee is paid accurately and on time. You’ll handle critical aspects of payroll processing, including deductions, benefits, and compliance, to keep everything running smoothly and reliably. In this essential role, you’ll be at the heart of our payroll operations, working with a collaborative and friendly team to support our employees with professionalism, care, and accuracy.
Compensation and Benefits:
Hiring Salary Range: $46,315.00 - $60,941.00 Full Salary Range: $46,315.00 - $82,880.00

What We’re Looking For:

As our Payroll Technician, you’ll play a key role in:
- Processing payroll accurately and efficiently for employees across all departments.
- Managing a portion of payroll deductions, fringe benefits, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting to external agencies.
- Using payroll processing systems, and Kronos timekeeping system to ensure seamless payroll processes that align with our policies, state/federal regulations, and accounting standards.
- Providing confidential assistance to employees of all pay grades, helping them understand their pay transactions and resolving any questions related to pay or deductions.
- This position is Non-Exempt and is subject to the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or higher
- "OR" High School Diploma with 5 to 7 years experience in a payroll-related position with responsibility for pay calculations and payroll account balancing.
- 1 to 3 years experience in a payroll-related position with responsibility for pay calculations and payroll account balancing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Crystal reports or Infor add-ins to extract data from Infor.
- Experience with Infor System payroll module and/or Kronos Timekeeping System.
Salary : $46,315 - $82,880
