Hiring Range: $23.81-$31.90 Starting salary may be adjusted depending on experience.Qualifications
OR
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Public Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, or related degree.
2. Ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends as needed for events. 3. Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain and maintain a City of Hoover Driver's Permit.
Responsibilities
- Works closely with Park and Recreation Events Manager.
- Coordinates and manages event details for events that are held at various city locations
- Manages set up crew and event staff;
- Schedules site visits with vendors;
- Schedules event staff to work events;
- Submits check requests for event staff;
- Enters requisitions and helps with budgeting
- Enters work orders
- Required to work events as needed including nights and weekends
- Performs related work as required.
Salary : $24 - $32
