What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Manager (Holloway) position at City of Kinston?
Responsible for day to day operation of the City's public swimming pools.
- Plan, promote, and organize a comprehensive swim program.
- Supervises all Lifeguards, Assistant Managers, and cashiers.
- Implements youth and adult swimming lessons.
- Other duties as required.
- Must be at least 19 years of age.
- Must possess a current Lifeguard Training certification.
- Must possess a current First Aid certification.
- Must possess a current CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification.
- Must possess a current WSI certification.
- Must have at least two (2) years experience as a Lifeguard and/or Assistant Pool Manager.
