Description:

Under general supervision, coordinates, promotes, oversees, evaluates, and performs a variety of tasks associated with several programs, events, and/or activates.

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of a standard senior high school or equivalent. Concentrated mental application required. Must have at least six (6) months Golf Shop experience. Must have ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other staff, department heads, and the public. Light physical effort. Few, if any health hazards. Must possess or be able to obtain Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation and First Aid certificate.

Responsibilities:

Performs office/clerical tasks such as typing, filing, assisting with special projects, and other duties as required. Assists patrons at the front desk through telephone calls, public interaction, and transactions. Excellent customer service skills required. Continuous contact with the public, requiring tact and patience.
