To supervise the activities, operation, programs and staff at an individual aquatic facility; and to perform a variety of technical tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility and to follow all local, state, and federal laws applicable to area of responsibility.High School diploma or GED; Valid Texas Driver's License; Current American Red Cross Standard First Aid Certificate; Current American Red Cross Adult CPR Certificate; Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Certificate; Current Water Safety Instructor. Prefer three years of experience in lifeguarding and in instructing American Red Cross Water Safety classess. Also a working knowledge of pool operations, water chemistry, general maintenance and mechanical operations is beneficial.
