Clerical Assistant - Seasonal
Job Posting for Clerical Assistant - Seasonal at City of Midland, Michigan
This position will work an average of 25 hours per week, noon - 5:00 pm, from March through mid-August in the Parks and Recreation office.
Primarily responsible for using the recreation management software to conduct program registration, facility reservations, and process point of sale items. This position will also assist in answering customer inquiries by phone and in person.
Required Knowledge & Abilities:
- Computer skills;
- Customer service and communication skills;
- Familiar with general office practices and procedures; and
- Cash handling experience.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: From $12.81 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
