The Technical Coordinator plays a pivotal role in blending technical expertise with exceptional social skills. This includes creating and delivering technical presentations, organizing and executing meetings and events, and presenting on various technical projects, all while maintaining effective communication and collaboration.
This position reports directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). The role requires close collaboration with the Enterprise Technology Manager and the Deputy Chief Information Officer (Deputy CIO) to ensure alignment and integration of technical strategies and initiatives within the broader IT and organizational framework.

Develop and deliver technical presentations, ensuring clarity and engagement.
Organize and facilitate technical meetings and events, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
Present on technical projects, effectively communicating complex concepts.
Coordinate the technical and logistical aspects of events, maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.
Collaborate with diverse teams, integrating technical requirements in projects with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Generate comprehensive reports and metrics covering various aspects of technical coordination, including but not limited to project outcomes, event success, technology utilization, and team performance. Present these insights in a clear and engaging manner to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Keep up with the latest trends in technology and project management to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Ability to be helpful and provide quality customer service.

Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Performs related duties as assigned.
Subject to recall 24/7.
Primarily office-based with the need to visit other offices, facilities, or project sites as required.

Minimum Education, Experience, and Certification:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Four years' experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree requirement.
A minimum of four years of experience in a technical coordination role, with a focus on managing and implementing technology-driven projects and events.
Experience in technical coordination, project management, or similar roles.
Strong technical, organizational, communication, and social skills.
