POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the supervision of the Utilities Customer Service team.
- This position reports to the Director of Finance
- 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 8-5

OVERVIEW OF DUTIES:
· Supervises the work of Utilities Representatives, to include time management, approving Representatives’ time, applying policies, as well as managing team priorities on a daily basis.
· Oversee that cashiering is done accurately, and payments are posted in system.
· Review of past due accounts, including setting up payment plans, and connecting/disconnecting service.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
· 3 Years Supervisory experience in a customer service field, or related experience
· Prior experience with data entry and/or Accounts Receivable
· Complex problem solving & critical thinking skills
· High school diploma
· Data processing and typing accuracy is essential.
· Ability to keep deadline driven projects on task and on time.
MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Position requires extremely good communication ability, problem solving skills, and decision-making ability. Must have good verbal and written skills and be able to work well with others while maintaining a professional attitude. Must be able to de-escalate issues with customers.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be in good health and able to maintain a stable attendance record. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, and be able to stand or sit for long periods of time.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
Applicants must pass a drug screening and background check. Potential employees must possess and maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license.
