What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant (Planning) PT position at City of Saratoga Springs?
Perform responsible, complex and recurring administrative duties as confidential assistant to the Planning Department and other departments. Perform routine administrative functions relating to the preparation of correspondence, coordination of information, arranging meetings and appointments, and making travel arrangements. Perform special projects and research activities as directed by the Planning Department, Engineering Department, and City Recorder.
