The Recreation Attendant, Guest Services position will provide and monitor customer-focused programs, membership services, and facility operations for Champions Club. This is accomplished by delivering exceptional guest services which include greeting all guests upon arrival and interacting with citizens, volunteers, City officials, employees, and the general public. The Recreation Attendant, Guest Services position will provide and monitor customer-focused programs, membership services, and facility operations for Champions Club. This is accomplished by delivering exceptional guest services which include greeting all guests upon arrival and interacting with citizens, volunteers, City officials, employees, and the general public. Other duties include providing administrative and clerical support to the Recreation Division. Other essential functions include:
- Customer-Focused Membership Services: Leads and provides guest services including, but not limited to: conducting programs, taking program registration and facility rentals, and monitoring programs at City and joint-use facilities.
- Executes the setup, cleanup, and breakdown of programs, events, and activities.
- Availability: Morning, afternoon, evening and weekend availability. The position will be working 15-20 hours a week.
