The Sammons Golf Course seeks a Golf Shop Attendant to perform a variety of duties related to the golf shop. Provides exceptional customer service to all golf patrons.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Answers the telephone and provides information on tee times and other golf course information
- Conducts all facets of reservation procedures set up tee times, to include, but not limited to, handling incoming fees, credit card charges, refunds, and deposits using computerized system
- Sells and promotes golf store merchandise, assists with inventory restock merchandise
- Maintains accurate records and filing system
- Assists in preparation and operations during events
- Assists with grill and golf cart services as needed
- Ensures City financial policies, procedures, and safety guidelines are followed
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Completion of two years of High School
