Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Aquatic Manager at CITY OF WARRENTON, located in Warrenton, MO. The Aquatic Manager will be responsible for overseeing swim instruction, swimming programs, water safety protocols, aquatics operations, and lifeguarding services.
Qualifications
Swim Instruction, Swimming, and Water Safety skills
Experience in managing aquatics programs and operations
Lifeguarding certification
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to ensure water safety and maintain a safe aquatic environment
CPR and First Aid certification
Experience in staff management and training
Knowledge of aquatic facility maintenance and regulations
