Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
- Provide top-notch phone support for customer inbound calls
- Provide communication via phone/email with current and potential clients regarding services, billing, and technical inquiries
- Responsible for overseeing the salesforce application
- Communicate clearly with multiple departments
- Provide timely assistance for customer requests all in a professional manner
- Gain knowledge of products and services offered, to provide the best customer recommendations
Qualifications of a Customer Service Representative:
- 1 year in Customer Service/ Order Entry
- Experience working in Microsoft Suite and Salesforce preferred
- Team player willing to learn with a positive attitude
- Top-notch work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working alone and with a team
