Responsibilities for the Legal Assistant:
- Perform in-depth property research, encompassing title searches, zoning regulations, and land use investigations.
- Cultivate consistent communication with clients, agents, title inspectors, and pertinent stakeholders to collect updates and information.
- Assist in the coordination and supervision of real estate closings.
- Stay abreast of developments in real estate law through continuous research.
- Monitor impending deadlines and ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Maintain meticulous and well-organized case records.
- Manage administrative responsibilities, such as scheduling, calendar management, and supporting billing processes
Requirements for the Legal Assistant:
- A minimum of 2 years of pertinent experience in Family Law.
- Strong focus on precision and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively multitask, managing multiple deadlines. Familiarity with e-filing procedures and essential legal software.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Salary Range:
$50,000 - $60,000 per year
