What are the responsibilities and job description for the Onsite Coordinator position at City Testing Centers?

Role Responsibilities:
To serve as a Grapefruit Onsite Coordinator liaison representing Grapefruit testing initiative that occurs as a daily testing schedule approved by the school or client.
· Testing days may be Monday—Friday and a pre-schedule for your days will be approved.
· May require traveling from one school in the district to another to set up.
· Required to set up and breakdown when testing schedule is completed. Must be at the school testing site 30 minutes before the designated testing starts and may require you to be there after the testing ends to break down and put equipment and supplies away into designated storage provided by the school/client.
1. Your primary responsibility representing Grapefruit Testing, will be assisting with the on-site setup of COVID testing events within the school.
2. This is limited to establishing Telehealth connection via iPad or tablet, that connects through a Zoom link to a standbye medical professional waiting to start their consultation with the student or staff that is being tested.
a. You are also required to assist the youngest students being screened by the medical professional who may not be hearing or understanding what the doctor is telling them.
3. Set up includes making sure all electronic equipment is fully charged or plugged into power cords and power outlits. It’s important to monitor that the Telehealth screens are operating and charged so they don’t shut off.
4. The Telehealth Tablets/iPad will be installed on a mobile tablet stand that is about 3-4ft tall so that the youngest and shortest of students can see clearly into the Television Doctor’s screen.
5. Set up for dialing up Zoom meetings by having IPAD(s) all turned on and connected to WiFi (we will have hotspots setup at each school), connected to the correct Zoom link and
6. Breakdown includes packing up all the equipment in plastic storage bins with power cords, and other supplies such as trash cans, liners for trash cans and put away in a designated storage room provided by the school or client.
- All employees will need a fully charged cell and a charger in order to be available to accept calls from Doctors performing the Telemedicine Consultation.
The Role Requires at the site:
-The individual schools will provide a closet to secure the IPADs and we require a time sensitive photo taken before the session and after the session before the IPADs (there can be multiple stored) are locked back up in the closet assigned to Grapefruit.
There are currently 8 Pop Up Testing Clinics for Grapefruit Health in San Jose, CA and it will be growing to 20 shortly beyond the region.
It's easy work, very intentionally. We need people to start as soon as possible.
In summary:
Setting up Telehealth Professionals linked to table is as follows:
· Set up IPADs on a stand and turn on the camera.
· Set up for dialing up Zoom meetings by having IPAD(s) all turned on and connected to WiFi (we will have hotspots setup at each school), connected to the correct Zoom link and positioned in the stand.—these links will be provided to you through a webpage you will log into each morning you arrive at the site.
· Waiting for the Doctor to call in to Zoom connected to screen each patient. We expect up to 20 encounters per hour.
Additionally, you will assist in managing the flow of the groups that come into the testing site to ensure that they are not bottled neck, and they are social distancing.
You must always be aware of CDC guidance, wearing a mask, and HIPAA and PHI compliant, holding all personal data about the patient private and not within earshot of another person waiting to meet the Telehealth doctor.

The work is easy but a key component of your role during this next phase of the pandemic offering your services to help keep the community safe and protected. At time there may be slow periors and idle time. Make sure the clinic is clean and no debris or papers, cardboard boxes in visible places. This is a CLINIC and should be treated that way.
All individuals must wear a mask and be vaccinated.
