Job Description:

City University of Seattle School of Business and Management commits to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment to our diverse students, faculty, and staff. Our MBA Program, and Graduate programs in Global Supply Chain Management, Product and Technology Management, and Project Management are looking for qualified teaching faculty to join our distinguished team. Courses will be offered primarily online with occasional in-person sessions in Boise, Idaho.

We seek qualified faculty at the graduate levels in the following areas:

Part-time Teaching Faculty at the City University of Seattle has three key responsibilities:

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.   • Master's degree in business-related fields. A doctoral degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience. Instructional experience is preferred.
  • Passion for learning and teaching and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in the field.
  • Ability to communicate analytical concepts tangibly and intuitively.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in teamwork and coordination as part of a globally dynamic and diverse team.
  • Experience with online teaching and learning.
  • Ability to present a professional image on behalf of the school and City University of Seattle.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and learning management systems in support of quality teaching and learning.

Salary Information:

Associate Faculty salary is based on the number of course credits (1-6) and the number of students in class.

Online and onsite at Boise, Idaho.
