Here is what you will be doing on a daily and weekly basis:

  • Identify sales targets by making phone calls, sending emails, face-to-face interaction and prospecting to prospective clients
  • Can you use a CRM system and emailing platform? Great! If you enjoy social media and marketing, even better!
  • Use your creativity to meet with prospects, communicate with lost accounts to try and get them back, and take a look at our competitors to identify their weaknesses and our opportunities.
  • Assist and manage marketing vendors and collaborate on company's digital presence.
  • Hit weekly and monthly sales metrics/goals.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with co-workers
  • Maintain quality expectations with prospective clients
  • Manage and update the CRM database

Requirements:

  • 1 year outbound B2B sales prospecting experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM platforms
  • Highly organized and results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet performance goals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Salesforce experience helpful

City Wide offers an attractive compensation package including:

  • Salary of $45-52K plus uncapped commission (full compensation $55,000 - $65,000 year 1)
