What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level 1 Apple Computer Technician macOS / iOS Full Time position at CityMac?
CityMac is growing! We are looking for the right person to join our technical customer service team. You will assist customers with troubleshooting and repair check-in while providing a best in class customer experience.
Previous experience troubleshooting Apple products is required, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in computer repair and customer service. Current Apple Certifications for Mac or iOS are a bonus.
The right candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to multitask, use deductive reasoning and be able to communicate clearly.
The primary responsibility will be assisting customers with their Apple products with setup, configuration, migration, troubleshooting issues, and repairing their devices. You will clearly document issues found and set customer expectations for repair costs and turn around times. You may be asked to assist in selling products when the need arises. You will stay up to date on new products using Apple SEED training, and ATLAS service learning system.
Above all, you are an advocate for the customer and want to help them solve problems where CityMac can provide tools for them to have the best experience.
This is a full-time position. Compensation will depend on the blend of required skills, highly desirable skills, and proven accomplishments.
