Job Description:

CityScape Engineering is seeking a 3D CAD Designer to support the production of site construction drawings for our green infrastructure and community redevelopment projects in and around Baltimore City, Maryland. Work will involve the preparation of plan sheets, pipe profiles, 3D surfaces, construction details, and specifications associated with civil engineering design using AutoCAD Civil 3D software. Design tasks will be collaborative with other team members, and candidates are expected to travel to and work from our office in Baltimore City, Maryland.

Required Experience and Skills:

• CAD Certification, 2-year CAD Degree, or equivalent work experience
• Proficient with AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred) and/or Microstation design software
• Knowledge of CAD drafting procedures and standards
• 2 or more years of professional work experience preparing construction documents in the civil engineering, land development, or architectural industry
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Applicants should have a passion for promoting innovative and equitable urban design solutions for community greening and revitalization projects.
