Job Summary
The Treasury Analyst’s role is maintaining and analyzing accounts payable, general ledger and accounts receivable information accurately as well as processing company’s outbound and inbound payment.
Summary of Essential Job
Functions
Treasury
- Post outgoing payments and incoming payments;
- Review and report daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cash transaction;
- Perform cash forecasting;
- Perform bank information management such as bank reconciliation, bank account verification…etc.;
- Perform and manage issuance of corporate credit cards or any other monetary tool of company;
Accounts Payable
- Review and report accounts payable aging, status and clearing information by various payable analysis reports;
- Monitor approval process of AP;
- Monitor payment terms and vendor information;
- Receives and reviews invoices from vendors;
- Routes invoices for approval signatures;
- Review Accounts Payable disbursements: checks, wire transfers and ACH payments prior to submission;
- Work with vendors on accounts payables;
- Audit Employee Expense reimbursements;
- Data entry into Financial system;
- New Supplier and Customer setup;
- Files invoices;
General Ledger
- Monitor inventory (IT, Supplies, etc.)
- Monitor Expenses, Certify
Accounts Receivable
- Review and report accounts receivable aging, status and clearing information by various receivable analysis reports;
- Review Accounts Receivable clearing
- Post sales billing documents;
- post sales invoices (by product);
General Duties
- Maintain treasury, accounts payable and accounts receivable files;
- Resolve vendor/customer issues and inquiries on a timely basis;
- Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Ability to participate in a high performance team-based environment that is fast-learning and adaptive;
- Ability to communicate effectively and participate in a continuous improvement culture, including utilizing problem solving skills;
- Knowledge of treasury, AP and AR processing;
- Previous experience with SAP
- Work in a safe manner;
- Computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Excel;
- Critical thinking, multi-tasking and troubleshooting skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality;
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Work Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, however business needs may require additional hours worked.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position up to 95% of shift;
- This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets and fax machines
- Some travel is expected for this position;
- This position does not supervise the work of others;
- This job operates primarily in an office environment;
- Ability to remain in a stationary position up to 95% of shift;
- Must be able to position self to file documents in the filing cabinets;
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree & 2 years of directly related experience
OR
- Associate’s degree & 4 years of directly related experience
OR
- High school diploma/GED & 6 years of directly related experience
- SAP experience preferred
Salary : $46,700 - $59,200
