Audit Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY: The Audit Supervisor position supports the Operations Department in the auditing of stores per company standards. The Audit Supervisor reports to the Audit Manager. The Audit Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the audit. The Audit Supervisor is responsible for hiring, training, and the development of Lead Auditors and Auditor Assistants. Duties also include scheduling, various reporting, and quarterly Quality Visits to each audit team supervised. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Communicates with Audit Manager Use computer to post and book audit figures Researches finding of audits if directed to do so Scheduling audits Managing up to ten audit teams Weekly/monthly reporting Quality Visits REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent. Three years experience in Retail Management or Auditing with outstanding communication skills Ability to take ownership over work and relationships with stores Possess strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills Team player with a professional demeanor Valid drivers license and good driving record Occasional overnight travel may be required PHYSICAL DEMAND: Ability to stand, bend over, work close to the ground, and climb ladders for long periods of time Ability to use a computer Ability to hear and speak for store and office support via telephone Ability to periodically lift for moving of merchandise in order to count accurately (> 40 lbs) Ability to work in extreme cold or hot temperatures (coolers, sheds, drive thru, freezer) Ability to use a handheld scanner (machine used for calculating counts) Job duties may change with or without notice Circle K is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
