What you are responsible for:
- Collaborate with HR Director and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the company.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Utilize various recruiting methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and campus recruiting, to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Implement efficient recruiting methods based on role requirements, industry standards, and company needs.
- Assist in job posting and advertisement processes.
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
- Assess and recommend improvements to the recruitment process for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and regularly update the recruiting dashboard, tracking KPI’s to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
- Schedule and conduct interviews, overseeing preparation of interview materials.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Attend and actively participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
What you bring to the job:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the construction industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of recruiting techniques, practices, and employment laws.
- Experience with campus recruiting and building relationships with educational institutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems.
- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality talent to meet organizational needs.
