Global AV Group is seeking a full-time, Administrative Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced environment while providing the highest level of service and professionalism to clients. This position is expected to project a positive company image and experience through phone and in-person interaction. Responsibilities:
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Greeting and directing clients/services entering the office
- Answering phones and responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Ability to perform diversified clerical functions
- Maintaining flexibility within role to best assist team as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven phone and Customer Service experience
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and demanding environments
- Must be computer savvy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, Adobe Acrobat & QuickBooks a plus!
- 2 years of experience in customer service role preferred
- Must be energetic, professional, articulate, responsible and dependable
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills required
- Background check
- High School Diploma
- Valid NYS driver’s license
