Job Title : Warehouse Manager

Job Summary :

The Warehouse Manager will ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and profitably.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the smooth operation of warehouse activities by fostering collaboration with other departments.
• Ensure timely completion of all managerial reports.
• Execute maintenance tasks as necessary to uphold warehouse functionality.
• Identify and present innovative ideas for enhancing warehouse and production operations.
• Actively participate in scheduled meetings.
• Uphold compliance with federal, state, local, and company safety regulations.
• Receive and document incoming inventory, adhering to storage protocols and inspection procedures.
• Coordinate the transfer of stock and materials from delivery trucks into inventory of warehouse.
• Schedule and coordinate printed and fabricated items to production department for finishing, packing and deliveries.
• Collaborate with ownership to develop strategic plans and procedures to optimize warehouse efficiency.
• Monitor expenditures and implement corrective measures as required.
• Enforce operational guidelines and safety protocols.

Required :

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in adhering to federal, state, local, and company safety policies.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• OSHA & Forklift certifications are advantageous.

Education & Experience :

• Associates degree preferred.
• A minimum of five years of relevant experience is required, with a strong preference for supervisory experience.

Physical Demands :

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
• Capable of navigating and accessing all areas of the warehouse.

Compensation :

$60-70,000 annual salary, based on experience.

Job Type :

• Full-Time Position
• Monday-Thursday 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm, Fridays 8am-3pm
