Education and Experience:
2 years of experience in business development or sales.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client portfolio.
Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Utilize market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for growth.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
Sales Outreach:
Conduct cold calls and emails to generate leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
Create and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the company's products and services.
Utilize social media platforms to engage with potential clients and promote the company's offerings.
Meeting and Presentation:
Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and successful implementation of client solutions.
Qualifications:
Preferably, candidates should possess experience in real estate or demonstrate success in direct, field sales role
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and the ability to create engaging video content.
Excellent cold calling and networking skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
