Ready to be part of something special? Join our Family! This is a 2nd shift position working Monday through Thursday 4:00pm to 2:30am, with overtime as needed. This position is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and stabilizing equipment that utilizes hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, programmable controllers, microprocessors, AC/DC motor theory. Essential Duties: 1. Possess proven troubleshooting skills 2. Preventive maintenance background 3. Proven mechanical and hands on maintenance experience 4. Programmable logic controls knowledge 5. Experience in high speed food processing/packaging equipment 6. Understand robotic manufacturing control 7. Knowledge and work experience in fields of manufacturing 8. Electrical and mechanical work experience Minimum Experience: 1. H.S. Diploma or Equivalent 2. Associate’s Degree in a technical or related field or equivalent direct work experience a plus 3. Previous manufacturing experience preferred 4. Eligible to work in the United States Skills & Abilities: 1. Computer skills specifically MS Word/Excel 2. Ability to work independently and as a team 3. Programming basic skills 4. Maintain a positive attitude 5. Attention to detail 6. Ability to operate a fork truck, boom lift, scissor lift Physical Demands: – Lifts 25 lbs. or less frequently; lifts 50 lbs. occasionally. Walks and/or stands most of the day. Bends and stoops frequently. Reaches over head and stoops frequently. May push/pull. These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the above job. While performing the responsibilities of the above job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel and to manipulate keys on a keyboard. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
