Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees
- Provide guidance and support to staff members
- Conduct interviews and hire new employees
- Train new hires on company policies and procedures
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner
- Maintain inventory control and monitor stock levels
- Utilize cash register for sales transactions and cash handling

Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in budgeting, inventory control, and sales techniques
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers
- Familiarity with interviewing and hiring processes
- Knowledge of store management principles

Job Type: Part-time
