About the Team
The Customer Solutions team works directly with our customers across the entire customer journey, from the initial discovery process through implementation to renewal and expansion. Our team comprises product, process, and strategy experts, including sales engineering, professional services, customer success, digital success, and customer support.
About the Role
As a Clari Professional Services Project Manager, you will be responsible for successfully delivering and managing a portfolio of implementation projects. This includes engagement across the entire implementation lifecycle from pre-to-post sales transition to Customer go-live. You will partner directly with our internal teams: Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Support, Product Management, Engineering, Security, and Executive Leadership, in ensuring the successful Clari launch of our Customers. Clari is rapidly expanding into new customer segments, personas, revenue models, and industries, so you will be defining and learning every day how to make our customers successful with our platform. The oversight of this role will span across all segments of our business: Enterprise, Commercial and Scale. You will also be assigned and responsible for the delivery of key internal PMO initiatives that help scale our Professional Services organization.

This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.
\n- Manage a portfolio of projects across all Clari Customer segments: Enterprise, Commercial, Scale
- Manage delivery quality assurance project activities including project documentation, timesheets, contracts, schedules, forecasts and financials
- Develop and deliver progress reports to PMO and Executive leadership
- Manage time tracking activities across all project resources, ensuring the proper roll-up of weekly timesheets
- Partner with the Clari or Partner Solution Consultants to ensure timely updates of project plans, status updates, task lists, escalations, and help drive projects towards successful deployment
- Develop the process and build collateral to support Clari best practices that will help guide customers in operationalizing the Clari platform within their company
- Facilitate a smooth hand off from the pre-sales team once a contract is signed to the Professional Services, Customer Success & Support teams
- Proactively help our Solution Consultants manage and mitigate risk throughout the implementation
- Manage any project and product related issues or escalations
- Build strong cross-functional relationships internally, working with Sales, Customer Success and Support, Product Management, and Engineering
- 2-4 years in both internal and customer facing project management roles
- Prior functional usage of SFDC required, configuration/architectural experience preferred
- Experience using one of the following PSA or Project Management tools: Rocketlane, Smartsheet, FinancialForce, Cloud Coach, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, etc.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Sales, Security, Product Management, and Engineering
- Superior communication skills (presentation, written, and verbal) and demonstrated ability to communicate/present effectively at all levels of the organization including the C-suite
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve project related issues (ex. timeline risk, scope creep, resource constraints, etc.) and escalations while navigating challenging situations in a professional manner
