```Duties```
- Operate and maintain metal sheer equipment to cut materials according to specifications
- Set up and adjust saw blades, guides, and stops to ensure accurate cuts
- Monitor the sawing process to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished cuts for defects and make adjustments as necessary
- Clean and maintain sawing equipment and work area
```Experience```
- Previous experience operating sawing equipment in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Knowledge of different types of saws and their uses
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and measurements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cutting materials
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
