WEEKEND BUILDING MONITOR

The Clarion County YMCA is seeking an energetic Building Monitor to make connections with our members and provide general facility and maintenance. The Building Monitor is a membership representative circulating throughout the wellness floor and throughout the overall facility ensuring members’ experience and customer service is delivered is at the highest possible standard. 5-10 hours per weekend. Must have excellent personal, communication and listening skills, above and beyond service attitude, helpful, genuine and hard-working. Must promote a clean environment for members at all times. Will have to manage conflict time-to-time, while upholding rules and core values of the YMCA. Start Date September 2nd or when position is filled.

Working shifts could alternate between:

  • Saturday 8 am – 1 pm, or 1 pm – 7 pm
  • Sundays 12 pm – 4 pm
