Responsibilities:
Keep the flow of execution on track including checking in with each team member on a regular basis and providing value to the team as needed
Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments
Foster a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised by any team member
Help guide the team and organization on how to improve Agile practices and values to increase productivity and overall team satisfaction
Support teams in their Agile transformation and coaching them to higher levels of maturity
Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency of information
Escalate issues and risks in a timely manner
Develop and manage project schedule
Schedule and manage releases
Coordinate and support software deployments during non-business hours (early mornings and possible weekends)
Manage project budget and hours
Manage and adhere to time keeping responsibilities for the team
