Job Posting: Licensed Clinical Director

You are a natural born leader and are capable of not just "managing" people but leading them. You can walk away from a meeting knowing everyone may not like what you had to say but still likes you. You can easily hold people accountable and have a superior organizational ability to pay attention to details and to automate all the KPI's of your role. You are resourceful, proactive, and gritty. You figure out what needs to be done and beg for forgiveness later. You are able to think outside the box and motivate others to do the same. You want a change of pace from your typical 9-5 and while you still want to keep your clinical skills sharp with some clients, you also want to further develop your leadership hat. You enjoy talking to people, recruiting, and find that people are naturally drawn to you.

About Us:

Clarity Psychological Testing is dedicated to helping individuals and families reach their full potential through high-quality psychological services. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Licensed Clinician to become our Clinical Director and join our team to lead our clinical operations in Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program Development of group therapy practice as new branch from current testing practice

- Oversee clinical operations and ensure the highest standards of care.

- Supervise and mentor clinical staff, providing guidance and support.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain licensure requirements.

- Collaborate with administrative staff to manage scheduling, billing, and client care.

- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Utilize technology to streamline operations and improve client care.

Qualifications:

- If not a psychologist, must be willing to learn key aspects of psychological testing to be able to provide training. Must hold a valid license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts (LiCSW, LCSW, PHD, PsyD, MD, PMHNP, LMFT).

- Proficient with technology; experience with Asana, Jotform, Google Drive, Google Workspace, and Insync EMR is preferred.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Intermediate proficiency in using technology platforms mentioned.

- Experience in a clinical director or supervisory role.

- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop clinical staff.

- Knowledge of current best practices in psychological care.

Pay: $87,495.00 - $114,903.00 per year
