Job Posting: Licensed Clinical Director
You are a natural born leader and are capable of not just "managing" people but leading them. You can walk away from a meeting knowing everyone may not like what you had to say but still likes you. You figure out what needs to be done and beg for forgiveness later. You are able to think outside the box and motivate others to do the same. You want a change of pace from your typical 9-5 and while you still want to keep your clinical skills sharp with some clients, you also want to further develop your leadership hat. You enjoy talking to people, recruiting, and find that people are naturally drawn to you.
