Website and Social Media Management:

  • Website Design and Updates: Design, develop, and maintain the organization's website.
  • Social Media Management: Create and manage engaging social media content.

Financial Management:

  • Credit Card Reconciliation: Reconcile credit card statements, matching charges to corresponding grants.
  • Quickbooks Expertise: Utilize Quickbooks for vendor management, accounts payable, and other financial tasks.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Facility Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of shelters and transitional units to identify repair, cleaning, and restocking needs.
  • IT Support: Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues within the office.
  • Grant Management: Utilize Microsoft Excel for staff time tracking related to billable grants.
  • Client Support: Provide compassionate assistance and connect individuals with essential resources.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time
