- Development of layout for proposals and interview presentations.
- Design of infographics, charts, and diagrams.
- Effective application and use of brand guidelines.
- Photo editing.
- Work closely with the marketing team and market sector leaders in creating competitive submittals.
- Collaborate with marketing and firm leadership to help communicate market sector goals through visual design.
- Development of graphics for social media platforms and website.
- Development of marketing collateral, e.g. brochures, banners, advertisements.
- Research new ways of implementing marketing strategies visually.
- Video and animation creation and editing.
- Strong graphic design skills, knowledge of design theory, and attention to detail.
- Concepting and ideation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with firm leadership to create dynamic visuals.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud programs: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, and Acrobat Pro.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines for multiple, concurrent projects.
- Minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience.
- Experience in video editing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
