OTR TEAM Company Drivers.

American Family Owned and Operated company is busness for the last 35 years is seeeking OTR TEAM company drivers for operating Brand new equipment

  • Equipment
  • Brand New 2024 Peterbilt 579 Ultra Loft 80
  • Endurant 12 speed Automated
  • Espar Bunk Heater
  • Refrigerator and 2000-watt inverter in the truck
  • No driver facing camera.
  • Trucks are governed at 70 mph tap to pass 72.
  • Pull Both 53’ Dry Vans and Reefers
  • Miscellaneous
  • Run West Coast, Midwest, and South (No Northeast No Boston No New York City)
  • Preloaded outbound freight.

Out and Back) have reload 90% of the time before empty.

Turn and Burn) Inbound load dropped at the yard and hook up to another outbound load.

  • You name it we haul it (No HazMat)
  • Home time every 14 days could be more based upon your residence.
  • Pets are not allowed in the truck.
  • Company paid flight or rental car along with lodging for a 1-day orientation.
  • Pay Schedule
  • 2 weeks processing period. Simply put you will receive your first check on the 3rd Friday after your start date.
  • After processing period, you are paid weekly on every Friday by direct deposit, but the check is what you did two weeks ago.
  • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance
  • We do not offer any benefits currently.
  • Driver Requirements
  • Has a valid Commercial Driver License
  • Has a minimum of 2 years of experience operating tractor / trailer equipment
  • Must be at least 25 years of age.
  • Zero Tolerance company no drug or alcohol violations
