What We Are Seeking

We are seeking a full-time Commercial Lines Account Manager with high energy, exceptional communication skills and a strong desire to learn from our most experienced leaders. While this position reports into our Costa Mesa, California office, it is 100% remote.

The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing and servicing a select group of customer accounts, ensuring positive customer experiences. They will review coverage, audit policies, and recommend coverage solutions in consultation with the client and their team.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing a renewal book of business.
• Processing endorsements.
• Updating management system (EPIC experience is preferred but will consider any agency management system).
• Marketing/rating with various carriers.
• Creating proposals in Excel.
• Invoicing accounts.
• Creating Summaries of Insurance/Statements of Value in Excel.
• Responsible for Claims reporting.
• Normal work week will be based on the Pacific time zone.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• License: Property & Casualty (ANY)

• License: Property & Casualty (CA)
