Class A OTR/Regional Drivers earn $2500 /WK running 21 days out and then 7 days home (9 because you are given 2 travel days home-the company pays for ALL travel back and forth from facility)
Drivers are paid the following - this does NOT INCLUDE transition or safety bonus
$275/Shift ($265 Base Pay Shift plus $10 throughout 2022
- $90/Load
Comes to grand total of $2555WK if driver runs 7 shifts and a grand total of 7 loads per week
Trucks are 100% assigned and no slip seating.
Drivers will run 21 days and then have 7 full days off with additional day off for travel day home
Truck is parked at terminal and company fly's driver back home (get one full travel day that does not count towards 7 days home)
Including bonuses and safety pay the average driver on this fleet earned $103,500 with top drivers earning $115,500/Yr. Again, this is working 3 weeks on and 1 week off.
100% no touch dry van running area is IL, IN, KY, WV, VA, DC, PA, MD, MA, NJ and CT.
Trucks all have fridge, flatscreen TV with Directv, APU and Converters
Full benefits kick in after 60 days and include BCBS insurance, PTO, Medical, Dental and 401K with matching. Also, safety bonus pay
Requirements
Must have 14 months verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 3 years
Clean MVR with no DOT Preventable accidents in the last 3 years
No Major moving violations in the last 3 years. Includes both personal and CMV
No DUI in PMV (never in CMV) in the last 7 years and only one in a lifetime
Drivers will average $7500/Month and work 21 days and be off 7 and two travel days home. All with no touch freight.
