Class A drivers run dedicated regional, home weekly 100% no touch with starting pay of $.60CPM
Drivers average 2300-2500 miles per week hauling for one of the biggest chocolate manufacturers in the world with starting pay of $.60CPM
For non trainees may have a dog and rider from Day one. Dog must weigh less than 50LBS.
All freight is no touch
Average starting weekly pay is $1380-$1500 with drivers with at least 3 months verifiable Class A driving experience. Trainees are paid $800/week and still get home weekly.
When hired will discuss schedule with DM – please note that drivers must be flexible on home time when hired. Drivers will run and get 34-48 hour reset and can take truck home with them.
After training period drivers will start at $.60CPM and be home weekly just like every other driver
Full benefits that kick in after 60 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO
To qualify you must have a valid Class A CDL:
From trainees to experienced drivers with their Class A
Trainees may run OTR for training due to lack of trainers on this account. Drivers will be put on this account as soon as training over – but recent grads must be willing to run OTR for training.
Requirements:
Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL
Accidents:
No DOT Preventable accidents with damage greater than $1750 in the last 2 years
No major accident with cost of $2500 in damage or claims
ANY DOT preventable accident in the last 5 years is an auto
No more than 2 preventable incidents in the last 2 years (again damage less than $1750)
Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns
NO DUI in the last 5 years in commercial vehicle and may never have failed a DOT or refused a drug alcohol
