As a leader in the industry, we utilize our innovative equipment to capture property data for valuation modernization in Lancaster, PA; to include total county coverage of Lancaster County, PA.
If you possess a strong focus on customer service, we invite you to be a part of our team. As an Independent Property Data Collector, you will utilize our state-of-the-art equipment and user-friendly app to capture property imagery and create captivating 360 property tours.
No previous experience in real estate or photography "shoots" is required. We welcome candidates from various backgrounds, including property and insurance inspectors, brokers and realtors, photographers, field inspectors, land surveyors, drone pilots, customer service specialists, property managers, merchandisers, and individuals with technical and customer-facing expertise!

- Self-motivated and capable of completing tasks independently while meeting strict deadlines
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Willingness to cover the home county you apply for
- Flexibility in scheduling assignments
- Possession of an active, state-issued driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation to reach assignments on scheduled dates and times
- Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check
