Requirements
Specific qualifications for the role include :
- 5 years of experience as a Carpenter / Craftsman; estimation skills and prior home inspection experience, strongly preferred
- Ability to perform spackle, painting, light electrical, plumbing, tile
- Own standard set of tools
- Own your own work truck (we pay trip charges to offset your fuel cost!)
