Check us out online at https://crookedcreekmarina.com/the-grill ! Overview: The server's purpose is to guide guests throughout their dining experience. Through a passion to serve others, you will enhance the experience for the guests. The goal of the server is to exceed every guest's expectation by anticipating their needs. A complete understanding of the menu and drink offerings is required so that you may answer any questions the guest may have. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy self-starter as well as a brand ambassador for The Grill. What You'll Be Doing: Greet all guests within 30 seconds of arrival. Help guests select food and beverages by recommending your genuine preferences. Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products. Promote specials and be able to answer any inquiries about them. Work as a team with other servers, support staff, and kitchen staff. Handle guest concerns with a positive attitude and sense of urgency. Issue bills and handle different methods of payment. Promote the brand to all guests. Put orders together and carry to the correct table. Anything else needed or asked upon What Does a Qualified Candidate Look Like?
