Classic Equine Equipment, located among the rolling hills and horse farms of Southern Missouri, was founded in 1991 on a love for horses and a commitment to their ultimate care and safety. Though a lot has changed since then, our mission remains the same: To provide quality stall systems, barn components, and accessories to meet the needs of all horse owners.
The Accounting Administrator is a full-time position responsible for entering sales orders, providing customer service, processing accounts receivable and payable, and assisting the Controller and sales team.

Essential Functions
- Maintains customer and vendor databases by entering any new and updated information
- Enters all quotes, payments, and invoices into the accounting software and excel reports
- Enters all payables and pays in a timely manner
- Scans all documents for accounts receivable and accounts payable and files digitally into the database
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or office environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent follow through
- Displays active listening skills, giving full attention and taking time to understand the points being made
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, positive high energy work ethic and integrity
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
